1、30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We are devoted to make you feel comfortable and confident when shopping at Sunpie.co, If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.
Extended Christmas Return & Exchange Policy
Our standard return policy for all other orders is 30 days.For orders placed between November 15th and December 25th of each year, Sunpie offers an extended return and exchange period of 60 days, ending on January 26th of the following year. This extension is in recognition of the fact that customers may purchase our products as Christmas gifts and require additional time to use and evaluate them.
2、Return & Exchange Process
By following these steps, you can easily initiate a return and receive a refund or exchange.
- Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging materials.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and process your return, we will notify you of the refund or exchange.
3、When Will I Receive My Refund for the Returned Item?
- Credit Card & Debit Card:
A Debit Card or Credit Card refund takes a couple of days to process. In fact, the time frame is generally between 2-10 business days. In the best-case scenario it could take up to 3 days depending on your bank.
- PayPal:
If you paid with PayPal, the money is refunded to your PayPal balance
4、Return & Exchange Conditions
- The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
- For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.If you purchased from our official website, please provide your order number, like this:“Order 33560”.If you purchased from our dealer, please provide your purchase receipt.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
5、Non-Refundable Items
- Items without tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Replacement or exchanged items are not eligible for further returns or refunds.
6、Order Cancellation
General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out.Please refer to below details:
- Shipping Time:Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
- Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
